Do I have to go to the original Dealer where I bought my new car in order to get a Log book Service or to maintain my New Car Warranty?
NO. New car dealers do not have the right to void your statutory new car warranty just because you had services or repairs done at a service centre different to the dealership that you bought it from. You legally have the right to visit any mechanic or car service centre of your choice to get your Log book service. You should however, make sure that the selected car service centre employs fully qualified mechanics and technicians.
6 years ago I was referred to Gary when my usual garage couldn’t fix my gas fuel system and I’ve been with him ever since. He is what I call the thinking man’s mechanic. Courteous and efficient and always gets the job done right.
Appreciate the fast, efficient and friendly service received on a last minute (ie forgotten about) pink slip renewal. Thank you!
I recently had my mothers car serviced by Gary. I was very impressed the vehicle was ready to pick up as promised. Thank you for your courteous service, I will be back!!
